Ingredients
- 1 oz. oloroso sherry (preferably Lustau Don Nuno)
- 1 oz. blended scotch (preferably Black Grouse)
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. redcurrant syrup
Instructions
- Combine oloroso sherry, blended scotch, lemon juice, and redcurrant syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice to the shaker.
- Shake the cocktail shaker to mix and chill the ingredients.
- Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
- Garnish the cocktail with a twist of lemon peel.
