Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces of aged rum
- 1/2 ounce of orange liqueur
- 1/2 ounce of pure maple syrup
- 1 whole egg
- Ice
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- Grated fresh nutmeg for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the aged rum, orange liqueur, maple syrup, and the whole egg in a cocktail shaker.
- Cover and shake until the mixture starts to emulsify, approximately 45 seconds.
- Add ice and the sprig of rosemary to the shaker.
- Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker is frosted, about 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
