Baileys Delight
A homemade version of the classic Irish cream, Baileys, with rich flavors of chocolate, coconut, and vanilla.
Ingredients
- 2 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1/2 tsp chocolate extract
- 1/2 tsp coconut extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
Instructions
- In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, egg, chocolate syrup, chocolate extract, coconut extract, vanilla extract, and Irish whiskey.
- Blend until all ingredients are well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture.
- Before serving, shake or stir the mixture.
- Enjoy chilled or over ice.
