Ingredients

  • 1/4 peach, diced
  • 2-3 strawberries, sliced
  • 2-3 cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1/4 lime, cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 lemon, cut into small pieces
  • 3 oz of your favorite white wine
  • 4 oz wheat beer
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 oz water
  • ice

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water, then heat over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved (about 5 minutes). Transfer the simple syrup to a container and allow it to cool.
  2. In a large pitcher, pour in the white wine and add the diced peaches, sliced strawberries, halved cherries, and the pieces of lime and lemon. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
  3. Add the cooled simple syrup to the pitcher.
  4. Stir in the wheat beer.
  5. Fill serving glasses with ice and pour the sangria into the glasses.
  6. Pour a little cranberry juice into each glass.
  7. Refrigerate any unused sangria for up to 2 days.
