Ingredients

- 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 oz blackberry shrub
- Crushed ice
- Fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the blackberry shrub by combining blackberries, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt in a nonmetal container and refrigerating for 1 to 2 days.
- Transfer the berry mixture to a saucepan, simmer for about 10 minutes, then strain the liquid through a fine-mesh sieve.
- Discard the solids and store the shrub in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
