Ingredients

  • 8-10 fresh spearmint leaves
  • 4 fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 lime, cut into four slices
  • 1 tbsp stevia erythritol blend sweetener
  • 2 oz white rum
  • club soda
  • ice

Instructions

  1. In a sturdy glass cup, muddle the peppermint leaves, two slices of lime, and two blackberries together.
  2. Add the remaining blackberries, lime slices, and sweetener, then muddle again.
  3. Fill the cup nearly to the rim with ice.
  4. Pour in the rum over the ice and then fill the rest of the cup with club soda.
  5. Stir until combined and garnish with mint if desired.
