Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 oz bourbon
  • 1/2 oz rum
  • 1/2 oz brandy
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs into yolks and whites.
  2. Beat the egg whites until very stiff, then set them aside.
  3. In a small bowl, beat the egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of sugar until light yellow, then set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with the remaining sugar until it holds soft peaks.
  5. In a large glass jar, combine the beaten egg yolks, whipped cream, stiff egg whites, milk, bourbon, rum, brandy, and a pinch of salt.
