- 2 tablespoons salted butter (softened)
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar (packed)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract (or rum emulsion)
- 1/4 cup vanilla ice cream (softened)
- 1 cup boiling water

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, powdered sugar, light brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until fluffy.
- Add the rum extract and softened vanilla ice cream to the bowl, then mix until well combined.
