Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Celtic Honey liqueur
  • 3/4 ounce Dolin Blanc vermouth
  • 1/4 ounce Pernod pastis
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 ounce orange sherbet
  • 1 dash Peychaud's bitters
  • Garnish: orange peel

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add Celtic Honey liqueur, Dolin Blanc vermouth, Pernod pastis, freshly squeezed lime juice, orange sherbet, and a dash of Peychaud's bitters to the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture until well-chilled.
