Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup raw sugar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 3/4 cups black tea (brewed according to package directions)
  • 1 3/4 cups Brandy
  • 1.50 oz rum
  • 1 tbsp Peach Brandy
  • peels from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup soda water
  • ice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine raw sugar, lemon juice, brewed black tea, and lemon peels. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  3. Add brandy, rum, and peach brandy. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Just before serving, add soda water.
  5. Serve the punch over ice.
