Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup black tea (brewed according to package directions)
  • 1 1/2 oz Brandy
  • 1/2 oz rum
  • 1/2 tablespoon Peach Brandy
  • peel from 1/2 lemon
  • 2 oz soda water
  • ice

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass, combine raw sugar, fresh lemon juice, brewed black tea, and lemon peel. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Let the mixture cool to roughly room temperature.
  3. Add brandy, rum, and peach brandy to the mixture and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Add soda water to the chilled mixture immediately before serving.
  5. Serve the cocktail over ice.
