Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon raw sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup black tea (brewed according to package directions)
- 1 1/2 oz Brandy
- 1/2 oz rum
- 1/2 tablespoon Peach Brandy
- peel from 1/2 lemon
- 2 oz soda water
- ice
Instructions
- In a mixing glass, combine raw sugar, fresh lemon juice, brewed black tea, and lemon peel. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Let the mixture cool to roughly room temperature.
- Add brandy, rum, and peach brandy to the mixture and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Add soda water to the chilled mixture immediately before serving.
- Serve the cocktail over ice.
