Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 1/2 tbsp cream of coconut
  • 2 1/2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 oz white rum (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish
  • Cinnamon stick (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine evaporated milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, rum (if using), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Blend until well combined, for about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Pour the coconut mixture into a glass bottle, cover it, and refrigerate until cold.
  3. Before serving, stir or shake the bottle well. Pour the Coquito into small serving glasses and garnish with ground cinnamon and a cinnamon stick if desired.
