Ingredients
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 2 1/2 tbsp cream of coconut
- 2 1/2 tbsp coconut milk
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 oz white rum (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish
- Cinnamon stick (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine evaporated milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, rum (if using), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Blend until well combined, for about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the coconut mixture into a glass bottle, cover it, and refrigerate until cold.
- Before serving, stir or shake the bottle well. Pour the Coquito into small serving glasses and garnish with ground cinnamon and a cinnamon stick if desired.
