  • 2 oz unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tsp cream of coconut
  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 1.30 oz triple sec
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2/3 cup ice
  • Lime wedge, for rimming glass
  • Sanding sugar, for rimming glass
  • Lime slice, for garnish
  • Cranberries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine coconut milk, cream of coconut, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and ice.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Rim the glass with a lime wedge and dip in sanding sugar.
