Ingredients

  • Enough Key Lime Juice to moisten the rim
  • 1/2 sheet graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted
  • 1 1/2 ounces coconut rum
  • 1 1/2 ounces vanilla vodka
  • 3/4 ounce key lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons cream of coconut

Instructions

  1. Moisten the rim of a martini glass with Key Lime juice, then dip into the mixture of crushed graham crackers and toasted coconut flakes.
  2. Fill a shaker halfway with ice.
