Ingredients
- 1.50 oz bourbon
- 0.75 oz Canada Dry Ginger Ale
- 0.75 oz Canada Dry Ginger Ale with Cranberry
- Splash of cranberry juice
- Splash of orange juice
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon simple syrup
- Fresh cranberries for garnish
- For the cinnamon simple syrup:
- 1 cup water
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine the bourbon, Canada Dry Ginger Ale, Canada Dry Ginger Ale with Cranberry, splash of cranberry juice, splash of orange juice, and cinnamon simple syrup with a handful of ice.
- Shake well and pour into a glass with or without ice.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries.
- To make the cinnamon simple syrup:
- In a small saucepan, bring the water and cinnamon sticks to a boil over high heat.
- Let it boil for 10-15 minutes, then add the sugar.
- Cook until the sugar has dissolved, then pour the syrup into an airtight container and seal.
- The simple syrup will keep for at least a week or two.
