Ingredients
- 3/4 cup peeled and roughly chopped English Cucumber
- 1 tablespoon roughly chopped Celery
- 1/2 oz Monin's Cuaracao Triple Sec (skip if making non-alcoholic)
- 1-1/2 Lemon, juiced (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Caster Sugar (optional)
- 1-1/4 cup Chilled water
- Ice cubes, as needed
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cucumber and celery with 1/4 cup of cold water. Blend until pureed, then strain the mixture through a sieve.
- Pour the strained liquid back into the blender and add the triple sec, lemon juice, caster sugar, 1 cup of cold water, and ice cubes.
