Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground star anise
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • A pinch of ground cloves
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon star anise extract
  • 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 1/2 oz Barbancourt rhum
  • Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, ground star anise, cinnamon, freshly grated nutmeg, cloves, vanilla extract, star anise extract, and lime juice.
  2. Blend until the mixture is well combined.
  3. Add Barbancourt rhum and blend until fully incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a glass bottle and refrigerate for several hours to chill.
