Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces 13th Colony Gin
  • 3/4 ounce Earl Grey-infused Lillet Blanc
  • 3/4 ounce St. Elder
  • 1/2 ounce pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 3 dashes orange blossom water (optional)
  • Flamed absinthe (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the gin, Earl Grey-infused Lillet Blanc, St. Elder, pomegranate juice, simple syrup, and lemon juice into a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake the ingredients well.
  3. Double strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
  4. Optionally, add 3 dashes of orange blossom water for extra flavor.
  5. Optionally, flame the absinthe and allow it to rest on the cocktail for a mild numbing effect on the palate.
  6. Garnish with an edible flower.
