Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup 2% milk
  • 1/8 cup whipping cream (or 35% cream)
  • 1/2 tablespoon condensed milk (or more to taste)
  • a pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 oz Cognac
  • a dash of ground nutmeg, plus more for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  4. Prior to serving, add Cognac (if using) and blend again to create a luscious froth.
