Egg-Free Frothy Nog

Ingredients
- 3/8 cup 2% milk
- 1/8 cup whipping cream (or 35% cream)
- 1/2 tablespoon condensed milk (or more to taste)
- a pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 oz Cognac
- a dash of ground nutmeg, plus more for serving
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
