Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz espresso (or very strong coffee)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup eggnog
  • Freshly grated nutmeg (if desired)
  • 1 tablespoon whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare espresso or make very strong coffee.
  2. Heat 1/4 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of eggnog together in the microwave for about 1 minute.
  3. Froth the milk and eggnog mixture using a milk frother until it doubles in size.
  4. If you don't have a frother, pour the heated mixture into a blender and blend for about 30 seconds.
  5. Alternatively, put the heated mixture in a jar or cocktail shaker and shake for about 1 minute.
  6. Pour espresso or coffee into a coffee cup, and top with the milk and eggnog mixture.
  7. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle freshly grated nutmeg if desired.
