Ingredients

  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 3/8 oz hot espresso coffee
  • 1/4 oz Patrón XO Café tequila
  • 1/4 oz reposado tequila
  • 1/4 tsp Frangelico
  • 3 1/2 oz crushed ice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Carefully scorch the cinnamon stick over a flame or dry roast in a hot frying pan until toasted.
  2. Place the scorched cinnamon stick in a martini glass or champagne coupe.
  3. In a blender, combine hot espresso, tequilas, Frangelico, and crushed ice.
  4. Blend for 1 minute until the mixture becomes frothy and smooth.
  5. Pour the blended mixture into the martini glass or champagne coupe.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top for garnish.
