Ingredients
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 3/8 oz hot espresso coffee
- 1/4 oz Patrón XO Café tequila
- 1/4 oz reposado tequila
- 1/4 tsp Frangelico
- 3 1/2 oz crushed ice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Carefully scorch the cinnamon stick over a flame or dry roast in a hot frying pan until toasted.
- Place the scorched cinnamon stick in a martini glass or champagne coupe.
- In a blender, combine hot espresso, tequilas, Frangelico, and crushed ice.
- Blend for 1 minute until the mixture becomes frothy and smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into the martini glass or champagne coupe.
- Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top for garnish.
