Ingredients
- 1.35 oz coconut milk (1/10 can)
- 1.32 oz cream of coconut (1/10 can)
- 1.20 oz evaporated milk (1/10 can)
- 0.70 oz sweetened condensed milk (1/20 can)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 oz white rum (adjust to taste)
- Cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except the cinnamon stick, in a blender.
- Blend the ingredients until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
- Pour the Coquito into a sealed container and refrigerate for at least four hours to chill.
- Shake the bottle before serving.
- Serve chilled in a glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
