Ingredients

  • 1.35 oz coconut milk (1/10 can)
  • 1.32 oz cream of coconut (1/10 can)
  • 1.20 oz evaporated milk (1/10 can)
  • 0.70 oz sweetened condensed milk (1/20 can)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 oz white rum (adjust to taste)
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except the cinnamon stick, in a blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
  3. Pour the Coquito into a sealed container and refrigerate for at least four hours to chill.
  4. Shake the bottle before serving.
  5. Serve chilled in a glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
