Ingredients

  • 2 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1 1/3 oz bourbon
  • 2 2/3 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz cranberry simple syrup
  • 1/3 cup frozen cranberries
  • 2 tbsp packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the light brown sugar, water, and frozen cranberries. Heat over medium heat.
  2. Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes, then strain and allow it to cool to create the cranberry simple syrup.
  3. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  4. Add the bourbon, cranberry juice, and cranberry simple syrup to the glass.
