Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup Blue Curacao liquor
  • 1/4 cup light rum
  • 1/4 cup cream of coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
  • 2 tbsp sweetened coconut flakes for rimming
  • 1 tbsp light corn syrup for rimming

Instructions

  1. Pour a small amount of corn syrup on a plate.
  2. Sprinkle coconut flakes on another plate.
  3. Dip your glass in the corn syrup before dipping in the coconut flakes. Set aside.
  4. Blend ice, pineapple juice, Blue Curacao, rum, and cream of coconut until smooth.
  5. Pour into the prepared glass and serve right away.
