This Jack Frost Cocktail is a tropical blend of pineapple, Blue Curacao, rum, and cream of coconut, served with a coconut-flaked rim for a delightful island-inspired treat.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup Blue Curacao liquor
- 1/4 cup light rum
- 1/4 cup cream of coconut
- 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
- 2 tbsp sweetened coconut flakes for rimming
- 1 tbsp light corn syrup for rimming
Instructions
- Pour a small amount of corn syrup on a plate.
- Sprinkle coconut flakes on another plate.
- Dip your glass in the corn syrup before dipping in the coconut flakes. Set aside.
- Blend ice, pineapple juice, Blue Curacao, rum, and cream of coconut until smooth.
- Pour into the prepared glass and serve right away.
