Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Basil Hayden(r) Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • Nutmeg (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs.
  2. Beat the egg yolks until creamy.
  3. Whip the sugar into the egg yolks.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until they form peaks, adding 1/2 tbsp additional sugar if desired.
  5. Combine the beaten egg yolks with Basil Hayden(r) Bourbon.
  6. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
  7. Whip the cream until it thickens.
  8. Add the whipped cream and milk to the egg mixture.
  9. Add nutmeg to taste.
  10. Garnish with nutmeg.
