Kimchi Spice Mary
A bold and flavorful twist on the classic Bloody Mary, the Kimchi Spice Mary features pureed kimchi and Sriracha for a spicy and tangy kick.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup packed kimchi
- 3 1/2 cups tomato juice
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha chile sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon sherry vinegar
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup vodka
- Ice
- Mint sprig or shiso leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Puree the kimchi with the tomato juice, Sriracha, Worcestershire, and vinegar.
