Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Alphonso mango pulp (sweetened)
  • 3/4 cup plain or natural yogurt
  • 3/8 cup milk (full cream or light)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 3 oz white rum (omit for non-alcoholic)
  • 1 oz orange liqueur (omit for non-alcoholic)
  • sugar (optional, to taste)
  • ground cardamom
  • saffron chili threads

Instructions

  1. Combine mango pulp, yogurt, milk, ground cardamom, white rum, and orange liqueur in a blender.
  2. Blend for 20 seconds, then taste and add sugar to adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk and blend for another 10 seconds.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
  5. Optionally, serve over ice and garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom and saffron chili threads.
