A delightful and refreshing fusion of the classic Indian mango lassi and a cocktail.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Alphonso mango pulp (sweetened)
- 3/4 cup plain or natural yogurt
- 3/8 cup milk (full cream or light)
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 3 oz white rum (omit for non-alcoholic)
- 1 oz orange liqueur (omit for non-alcoholic)
- sugar (optional, to taste)
- ground cardamom
- saffron chili threads
Instructions
- Combine mango pulp, yogurt, milk, ground cardamom, white rum, and orange liqueur in a blender.
- Blend for 20 seconds, then taste and add sugar to adjust sweetness if needed.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk and blend for another 10 seconds.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
- Optionally, serve over ice and garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom and saffron chili threads.
