Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Alphonso mango pulp (sweetened)
- 1/2 cup plain or natural yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- a pinch of ground cardamom
- 3 tbsp white rum (omit for non-alcoholic)
- 1 tbsp orange liqueur (omit for non-alcoholic)
- sugar (optional, to taste)
- ground cardamom
- saffron chili threads
Instructions
- In a blender, combine mango pulp, yogurt, milk, ground cardamom, white rum, and orange liqueur.
- Blend for 20 seconds, then taste and add sugar if desired.
- If the lassi is too thick, add a little more milk and blend for another 10 seconds.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
- Optional: Serve over ice for an extra cold treat and garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom and saffron chili threads.
