- 3 raspberries

- 1 oz Cocchi Americano
- 2 oz Riesling wine (preferably New World and Acidic)
- 2 oz white cranberry juice
- 0.50 oz lemon juice
- 0.50 oz Creme de Cacao
- 0.50 oz sparkling water
- 0.50 white sugar cubes
