Ingredients

  • 1 oz Cognac (brandy)
  • 1 oz Gold rum (1-3 years old mellow light)
  • 2/3 oz Crème de pêche (peach)
  • 1 oz Cold black breakfast tea
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0degBrix)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into an ice-filled glass.
