Ingredients
- 1 oz Cognac (brandy)
- 1 oz Gold rum (1-3 years old mellow light)
- 2/3 oz Crème de pêche (peach)
- 1 oz Cold black breakfast tea
- 1/2 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0degBrix)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into an ice-filled glass.
