Peachy Yogurt Smoothie
A refreshing and creamy Peach Lassi made with ripe yellow peaches, non-fat Greek yogurt, honey, and coconut water, perfect for a hot summer day.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe yellow peach
- 3 oz non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tablespoon honey or organic maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut water (or coconut milk, or water)
- 1 ice cube
Instructions
- Cut the peach in half lengthwise, remove the stone, and roughly chop the flesh.
- Add the chopped peach, Greek yogurt, honey, coconut water, and ice cube to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a glass and chill until ready to serve.
