Ingredients

  • 1 ripe yellow peach
  • 3 oz non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey or organic maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut water (or coconut milk, or water)
  • 1 ice cube

Instructions

  1. Cut the peach in half lengthwise, remove the stone, and roughly chop the flesh.
  2. Add the chopped peach, Greek yogurt, honey, coconut water, and ice cube to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a glass and chill until ready to serve.
