Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 fluid ounce lemon juice
  • 1 fluid ounce tequila
  • 1.75 ounces ice cubes
  • 3.50 ounces frozen pineapple, cubed
  • salt or sugar for rimming the glass

Instructions

  1. Rim the glass by running a slice of lemon around the rim and dipping it in salt or sugar. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, mix together sugar and lemon juice until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add the tequila, ice, and pineapple to the blender, and pulse until the ice and pineapple are finely crushed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared glass and enjoy!
