Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 fluid ounce lemon juice
- 1 fluid ounce tequila
- 1.75 ounces ice cubes
- 3.50 ounces frozen pineapple, cubed
- salt or sugar for rimming the glass
Instructions
- Rim the glass by running a slice of lemon around the rim and dipping it in salt or sugar. Set aside.
- In a blender, mix together sugar and lemon juice until the sugar is dissolved.
