Ingredients

  • 1 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz whiskey
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz pineapple juice
  • 6 to 8 fresh mint leaves
  • Rosemary sprig for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine fresh rosemary, sugar, and water to create the rosemary simple syrup. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, ensuring that the sugar is completely dissolved.
