Ingredients
- 2 tbsp whipped topping or whipped cream
- 2 1/2 oz vanilla vodka
- 1 1/2 oz aged rum
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp half-and-half
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Handful of ice cubes
Instructions
- Place a martini glass in the freezer to chill.
- For the frozen whipped cream: Line a small sheet tray with parchment or waxed paper. Make a dollop of whipped topping or whipped cream and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- For the pumpkin spice martini: In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, rum, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, half-and-half, pumpkin pie spice, and ice cubes.
- Cover and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
- Top the glass with the frozen whipped cream.
- Sprinkle additional pumpkin pie spice for garnish and serve immediately.
