Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp whipped topping or whipped cream
  • 2 1/2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz aged rum
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp half-and-half
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Handful of ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place a martini glass in the freezer to chill.
  2. For the frozen whipped cream: Line a small sheet tray with parchment or waxed paper. Make a dollop of whipped topping or whipped cream and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  3. For the pumpkin spice martini: In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, rum, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, half-and-half, pumpkin pie spice, and ice cubes.
  4. Cover and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
  6. Top the glass with the frozen whipped cream.
  7. Sprinkle additional pumpkin pie spice for garnish and serve immediately.
