Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz raspberry syrup
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- Raspberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the water, sugar, and raspberries over medium heat until it simmers, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and lightly crush the raspberries with a spoon.
- Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a cup and set aside. It can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
- Combine the vodka, raspberry syrup, triple sec, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with raspberries.
