Ingredients

  • 2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 5-6 fresh raspberries
  • 3-4 mint leaves
  • 1/3 cup LaCroix Black Razzberry
  • 2 tbsp cucumber-mint syrup
  • 1-2 slices Persian cucumber, for garnish
  • 2 oz agave
  • 2 oz water
  • 1-2 mint sprigs
  • 2-3 inches cucumber, deseeded and roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cucumber mint syrup: In a small saucepan, combine agave, water, 1-2 sprigs of mint, and chopped cucumber. Simmer over medium heat until the syrup is infused and slightly reduced, for about 10-15 minutes. Strain the syrup through a fine sieve, then transfer it to the freezer to chill for at least 10 minutes.
  2. In a small pitcher, muddle the raspberries and 2-3 mint leaves.
  3. Add the freshly squeezed lime juice and 2 tbsp of the chilled cucumber-mint syrup to the pitcher.
  4. Pour in the LaCroix Black Razzberry and gently stir the mixture.
  5. Divide the mocktail between two highball glasses and garnish each with a slice of cucumber and a sprig of mint.
