Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh rhubarb, chopped
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 tbsp frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 oz gin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 6 oz lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage, chilled
  • ice

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, cook the rhubarb with water until tender, then mash or blend into a purée.
  2. Combine the rhubarb purée, sugar, orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, and gin in a container and freeze.
  3. Scoop the frozen mixture into a serving glass and top it off with the chilled lemon-lime soda.
  4. Add ice as desired and serve.
