Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh rhubarb, chopped
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 2 tbsp frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 oz gin
- 1/4 cup water
- 6 oz lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage, chilled
- ice
Instructions
- In a saucepan, cook the rhubarb with water until tender, then mash or blend into a purée.
- Combine the rhubarb purée, sugar, orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, and gin in a container and freeze.
