Ingredients

  • 5 oz Dry Rosé Wine
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1 tbsp White Sugar
  • 2-3 Raspberries
  • 2-3 Strawberries
  • 3/4 cup Raspberry or Mixed Berry Sparkling Water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the berries and sugar.
  2. Pour in the elderflower liqueur, followed by the rosé wine.
  3. Stir the mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Just before serving, top the sangria with the sparkling water and stir gently.
