Ingredients
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 strip of lemon zest (about 1-inch wide)
- 1 very ripe pear
- Dash of lemon juice
- 1 oz pear vodka
- 1 oz unflavored vodka
- 2 tablespoons pear puree
- 2 tablespoons rosemary syrup
- 1/8 cup prosecco or sparkling wine
- Ice
- Rosemary sprig for garnish
Instructions
- Create the rosemary simple syrup by combining sugar and water in a saucepan, then simmering and steeping with rosemary.
- Blend the pear with a splash of lemon juice to make the pear puree.
- In a shaker with ice, combine both vodkas, pear puree, and rosemary syrup, and shake well.
- Strain the mixture into a large martini glass.
