  • 1 oz orgeat
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 fresh egg white
  • 2-3 dashes of angostura bitters
  • Ice
  • Lemon twist (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, combine dark rum, orgeat, lemon juice, egg white, and bitters without ice. Seal and shake for 30 seconds, creating the dry shake.
