Ingredients

  • 2 oz Irish Whiskey (Bushmills used here)
  • 2 dashes Cinnamon Bitters
  • 0.50 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey Syrup (1:1*)
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1 Lemon Wheel
  • 3 thinly sliced ginger slices
  • 1/4 pinch Saffron
  • 1/2 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 handful of ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place ginger slices and saffron in an empty teabag.
  2. Add the teabag, lemon wheel, and ice cubes to a Spärkel bottle.
  3. Pour in the whiskey, cinnamon bitters, lemon juice, honey syrup, and water.
  4. Break the cinnamon stick in half, add it to the bottle, and close the lid.
  5. Place the Spärkel bottle in the machine and set it to level 3.
  6. Once the cocktail is ready, pour it over fresh ice and stir with the additional cinnamon stick.
