Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz nigori sake
  • 3/4 oz Plymouth Gin
  • 1/2 oz Mugicha Rich Syrup (see recipe below)
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • Candied ginger, for garnish
  • Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine nigori sake, Plymouth Gin, Mugicha Rich Syrup, and lemon juice.
  2. Add enough ice to cover the liquid in the shaker, plus a bit more.
  3. Cover and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture through a Hawthorne strainer into an 8-oz coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with candied ginger and a lemon twist.
