Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gentleman Jack whiskey
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Pistachio syrup
  • 1/4 oz Greek yogurt
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Garnish: Lemon tree leaf

Instructions

  1. Combine Gentleman Jack whiskey, fresh lemon juice, pistachio syrup, and Greek yogurt in a shaker.
  2. Dry-shake the ingredients (no ice) for 15-20 seconds.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
  5. Add three dashes of Angostura bitters on top.
  6. Garnish the cocktail with a lemon tree leaf.
