Ingredients

  • 2 oz Pisco brandy
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 to 3 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine all ingredients without ice and shake vigorously.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again to chill the mixture.
  3. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass with or without ice, or into a coupe glass neat.
  4. Garnish with a few dashes of Angostura bitters on top.
