Ingredients

  • 2 oz brewed and chilled Earl Grey tea
  • 1 oz Seedlip Spice 94 (or your favorite non-alcoholic spirit)
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz maple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • Loose Earl Grey tea leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine brewed and chilled Earl Grey tea, Seedlip Spice 94, lemon juice, maple syrup, egg white, and pomegranate juice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry-shake the ingredients vigorously for at least 10 seconds.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
