Ingredients
- 1.50 oz White Port (I used Taylor's Chip Dry)
- 1 oz Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice (approximately 3 lemons)
- 1 tsp Runny Honey
- 3 Egg Whites
- 5 Mint Leaves
- Ice
- Garnish of your choice (Mint, Rosemary, or Lavender all work well)
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, dry shake all the ingredients without ice.
- Add ice to the cocktail shaker.
- Shake again with ice until a rim forms on the outside of the shaker.
- Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- Finish by garnishing with your choice of mint, rosemary, or lavender.
