Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz H by Hine Cognac
  • 2/3 oz Antica Formula Vermouth
  • 1/4 white flesh peach, slightly chopped
  • 1/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1.50 oz oatmeal-infused milk
  • 1 brown sugar cube
  • 1 spoon of wet oatmeal
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, muddle the sugar cube, bitters, and peach slices until they form a pulp.
  2. Add the Cognac, Vermouth, lemon juice, oatmeal milk, wet oatmeal, and egg white to the shaker and dry shake the mixture.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until the mixture is cold to the touch.
  4. Double strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon powder over the top and garnish with a white flesh peach flower, if desired.
