A unique peach and oatmeal cocktail featuring H by Hine Cognac, oatmeal-infused milk, fresh white peaches, and a touch of citrus.
Ingredients
- 1.50 oz H by Hine Cognac
- 2/3 oz Antica Formula Vermouth
- 1/4 white flesh peach, slightly chopped
- 1/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1.50 oz oatmeal-infused milk
- 1 brown sugar cube
- 1 spoon of wet oatmeal
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- In a shaker, muddle the sugar cube, bitters, and peach slices until they form a pulp.
- Add the Cognac, Vermouth, lemon juice, oatmeal milk, wet oatmeal, and egg white to the shaker and dry shake the mixture.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until the mixture is cold to the touch.
- Double strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
- Sprinkle cinnamon powder over the top and garnish with a white flesh peach flower, if desired.
