Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Vodka
- 3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Aperol
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Homemade Simple Syrup
- 1 tsp Passion Fruit Syrup
- 1 Mint Sprig
- 1/2 Passion Fruit
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine vodka, pineapple juice, Aperol, lime juice, simple syrup, and passion fruit syrup with cubed ice.
- Shake the mixture for 10-20 seconds.
