Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz Jamaican rum (preferably Hamilton Jamaican Pot Still Gold rum)
  • 3/4 oz Tempus Fugit Kina L'Avion
  • 3/4 oz grapefruit liqueur (preferably Giffard Crème de Pamplemousse Rose)
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 14 drops celery bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine Jamaican rum, Tempus Fugit Kina L'Avion, grapefruit liqueur, and lemon juice in a mixing tin.
  2. Shake the ingredients with ice until well chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Express the oils from an orange peel over the cocktail and then discard the peel.
