Sweet Rose Delight
A delightful cocktail inspired by the flavors of Turkish Delight, featuring pink gin, creme de cacao, rose water, vanilla syrup, and a hint of lemon, served with a touch of whimsy in the form of rose fairy floss.
Ingredients
- 1.50 oz pink gin
- 0.70 oz white creme de cacao
- 0.30 oz lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp rose water
- 0.30 oz vanilla syrup
- 1 large egg white, at room temperature
- Ice cubes, for shaking
- Rose fairy floss, for serving
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a large jug, discarding the ice from the shaker.
- Return the mixture to the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for another 30 seconds.
- Double strain the mixture into a champagne coupe glass.
- Serve the cocktail decorated with rose fairy floss.
